Cardiac nurses must perform cardiac and vascular monitoring and health assessments of patients. Cardiac nurses require the certification on Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support. Also they must assess different types of machinery equipped in the hospitals.

TRACK 5 Surgical and Oncology Nursing

Surgical nurses work in the most dynamic and challenging environment. They educate patients about procedures before surgery and post-operative self-care. Sometimes doctors need to rely on them as they save countless lives and bring positive improvements in the patient’s health. Oncology nurses provide appropriate screenings and other preventive practices and care to retain and supportive measures upon end of life.

TRACK 6 Healthcare and Infectious Diseases

Healthcare professionals deal with infectious diseases by explaining the importance of taking standard precautions with the patients. Constant need for information as new organisms emerge, existing ones develop resistance to current drugs or vaccines, and there are changes in epidemiology and prevalence. It takes a long duration time for the agent to be identified, diagnostic test to be produced and a strategy for disease reporting and isolation to be established.

Nutrition plays a vital role in health and development. Proper diet is beneficial from early age of life for growth active life. Healthy body learn better. TRACK 12 Paediatrics and Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

Paediatric nursing is the Healthcare for the neonatal to young adults. Paediatric Doctors and Nurses must take great care and continuous observation while dealing with the patients. Nurses must record every vital signs and improving communication skills with patients. But, when dealing with neonatal patients, specialized nurses and registered practitioners must work with these vulnerable patients like who have birth defects, heart problems, infections etc.

TRACK 13 Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing

There are many different phases during surgery where the theatre nurse is needed to support and assist the patient, surgeons, surgical technicians, nurse anaesthetists and nurse practitioners. During the surgery, they assist the anaesthetist and surgeons when they are needed.

TRACK 17 Oral Care & Dental care Nursing

A Dental Nurse supports the dentist in all aspects of patient’s dental care. A dental nurse works with the dental team, technicians/technologists, hygienists and therapists to treat patients of all ages. Need to reassure people and put them at calm, while supporting the team in all aspects of patient health and care.

TRACK 18 Palliative Nursing

Palliative care is specialized medical care for people living with a serious illness. This type of care is focused on providing relief from the symptoms and stress of the illness. The goal is to improve quality of life for both the patient and the family. Palliative care is based on the needs of the patient, not on the patient’s prognosis.

TRACK 19 Neuroscience Nursing

Neuroscience nursing is a distinctive area within the discipline of nursing. It focuses on the care of individuals with brain, spine and nervous system disorders. Neuroscience nurses work in a wide range of settings from academic medical centers to skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation units to epilepsy monitoring units.

TRACK 20 Gerontological Health Nursing

Future Scope of Nursing and Primary Healthcare

The past three decades have witnessed a remarkable growth in nursing Care development. In both Korea and the United States, nurse scientists are poised to address important issues related to the prevention and management of significant health care problems. The need for greater nursing Care development in the areas of self-management, genetics, and geriatrics, health promotion across the lifespan, technology, and mental health are briefly highlighted. Future research efforts will be enhanced by interdisciplinary collaboration and the creation of international nursing research centres. At the same time, we need to remain cognizant of the importance of mentoring future nursing Care.

Conclusion

Research on health improvement in primary care needs to move beyond clinical research to include delivery systems, and here there is an overriding imperative for such research to be conducted in a primary care context to ensure that research is relevant and hence more likely to be transferred to practice. Health care devices, technologies, and practices are rapidly moving into the home. The factors driving this migration include the costs of health care, the growing numbers of older adults, the increasing prevalence of chronic conditions and diseases and improved survival rates for people with those conditions and diseases, and a wide range of technological innovations. The health care that results varies considerably in its safety, effectiveness, and efficiency, as well as in its quality and cost.

Further reviews should be commissioned that examine the whole prevention pathway for health problems that are managed within primary care, drawing together research from general practice, pharmacy, community engagement, etc.
